The Superstar Summit Story
What makes this event so unique and special?
In 2016, a small group of leaders came together for a 3-day experience called Performance Academy, a space to craft, refine, and perform new talks in an intimate black box theater. No stage lights. No cameras. Just each other.
It quickly became a tradition, but for years, those performances stayed private, shared only among the speakers themselves. Eventually, we realized: that was a little selfish.
These talks weren’t just good...
They were transformational.
And they deserved to be witnessed.
So we opened the curtains – for one day a year. Superstar Summit is that day. It’s a rare glimpse inside the “pressure cooker” where visionary leaders stand at their edgiest edges to debut brand-new talks that are bold, timely, and alive.

Michelle Villalobos is the founder and emcee ("Mistress of Culture") of Superstar Summit.
For over 15 years, Michelle has helped leaders, creatives, and change-makers shape their messages, step more fully into their voices, and transform their businesses and lives. She's graced hundreds of stages, led over 150+ transformational retreats, and coached dozens of clients to undertake the inner work of personal growth and integrate it with the strategic work of scaling income and impact.
Michelle is a fierce believer that your story can change lives... starting with your own. Her book, But I Want To Fly!, is about listening to your heart, following your dreams, and having the courage to step into the unknown.
She created Superstar Summit as a vehicle for passionate leaders to develop and share their next-level mission and message with the world.
